4.5 Conclusion
L-Systems create images that are visually similar to phenomena found in nature such as tress and bushes. L-Systems have been applied to mimic other complex systems such as music and animal behavior [Levy, 1992]. They fulfill the a-life goals of mimicking natural phenomena, regenerating, and emerging from simple foundations to become something very complex.
